Getting involved with the Gryphon community is the best way to learn about your new home at U of G, and to also make friends!  

The University of Guelph has hundreds of clubs for you to explore and join.  

Being engaged on campus and in the city of Guelph community is a great opportunity to make connections and to align your co-curricular pursuits with your career goals. Take some time to explore the many ways to be involved including clubs, student government and volunteerism.

GryphLife is the University of Guelph's online portal for students to discover and engage in student clubs, organizations, events, workshops, communities, and co-curricular experiences.  

If you are a new international student, be sure to keep an eye on GryphLife for orientation events that interest you leading up to your arrival as well.  

New International Students: Stay Connected!

The GPS team offers socials and a digital community on Microsoft Teams for you to stay connected and meet fellow incoming international students leading up to your arrival. Be sure to look out for event invitations from the GPS team and check out GryphLife for upcoming events leading up to your arrival.  

International Student Organization (ISO)

The International Student Organization (ISO) is a club on campus for international students. It aims to act as the crossroads for international students to learn about university life on campus and of the various resources available to them. The ISO strives to provide the social and transitional support that all international students need during their time here at the University of Guelph.

The ISO Lounge is located on the 5th floor of the University Centre (UC Room 535) and can be used for both studying and relaxing. You are welcome to drop by and say hi to everyone there!
